The Saint-Maurice River estate is located less than two hours from Montreal and less than an hour and a half from Quebec. Near all services.

For country fans, we are located very close to Saint-Tite and its legendary western festival. If you haven't had enough of nature, the famous La Mauricie National Park, ranked one of the most beautiful in Canada, is about 20 minutes away. The area is full of outdoor activities. Depending on your passions and the seasons, you will have the choice between water sports, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, skiing, golf, etc. This chalet promises you unforgettable moments whether with family or friends. To reserve, the tenant must be aged 30 or over and a rental contract will be sent to you and accept the terms and conditions of the latter to confirm the reservation.

A cleaning fee of $175 applies for all reservations.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required when booking. This deposit is paid by credit card or interac transfer.

The full balance of the rental amount must be paid thirty (30) days before the occupancy date. Cancellation more than (30) days from the occupancy date is refundable in full.

No cancellation is refundable within thirty (30) days of the occupancy date.
