To reserve, the tenant must be aged 30 or over and a rental contract will be sent to you and accept the terms and conditions of the latter to confirm the reservation.
A cleaning fee of $175 applies for all reservations.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required when booking. This deposit is paid by credit card or interac transfer.
The full balance of the rental amount must be paid thirty (30) days before the occupancy date. Cancellation more than (30) days from the occupancy date is refundable in full.
No cancellation is refundable within thirty (30) days of the occupancy date.
