 All our prices include: Electricity, propane gas, wood for the outdoor fireplace, spa and snow removal.

Spa: You must bring your beach towels for the spa. The chalet towels are only for use in the bathrooms .

NB   If we need to empty the spa due to glass breakage or excessive dirt in the water, a $250 fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

Reservations: 50% of the rental amount is payable upon reservation of the cottage, plus a post dated check (dated 30 days before arrival for balance of rental), otherwise the owner will suspend the reservation and will make available the period.

Reservations made 30 days before arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.

Payment: Check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or wire transfer by email.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 in cash, money order or certified check will be required upon arrival. (To cover costs in the event of major breakage or if the premises are left in a condition deemed inadequate).

This deposit will be given to you after the inspection of the premises (the same day or during the week following your departure).

Cancellation

Responsible for the rental: Person aged between 20 and 25 years (security deposit $1,000).

Check-in time: 5 PM

Check-out time: 12: 00 PM (noon)
