Ideal for groups of up to 12 guests, the chalet offers a wide range of on-site and nearby outdoor activities. Nestled away from neighbors and prying eyes, it guarantees peace, privacy, and relaxation to make the most of your stay. Enjoy the perfect spa and outdoor dry sauna duo for ultimate relaxation. In summer, access the outdoor pool at the Resort (a 5-minute walk from the chalet), and enjoy the indoor pool year-round. The chalet also features a pool table, indoor and outdoor wood-burning fireplaces for cozy evenings.

This expansive chalet features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Additional amenities include satellite TV, high-speed internet (Starlink), washer & dryer. All applicable taxes will be added at time of booking (15% TPS/TVQ + 3.5% lodging fee) for short term rentals (less than 31 days). No taxes applied on long term rentals (31 days and more);

Base rate for 4 persons. Add $ 100 per night per additional person over 4 years old (there is no charge for children under 4);

A cleaning fee of $250 applies to all bookings.

Minimum booking: 2 nights at all times;

No arrivals or departures on Saturday;

Reservation deposit: a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation in our calendar. The payment is done by credit card on our secured website;

Final payment: the payment of the full balance is payable 30 days before the arrival date by credit card;

A fully refundable security deposit of $2000 will be temporarly frozen your credit card 3 days before arrival date. This security deposit will be returned within 24-48 hours after departure once our team confirms the chalet has been left in the same condition as on arrival with no damage;

IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. We expect guests to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental agreement. Also, it is important to respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood: parties are not permitted;

Please also note that guests are expected to prevent excessive noise at night: we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10pm;
