Superb urban villa designed in a contemporary style, located 5 minutes from the village of St-Alphonse-Rodriguez (only 1 hour drive from Montreal). The only contemporary villa with a pool in the area, Chalet Villa Bianca is located in peaceful woodland on its own 45 000 ft2 estate and boasts breath-taking views of the valley and surrounding mountains thanks to its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, all facing South. With two bedrooms and two floors, the villa is ideal for a small group, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. Note that a heated outdoor swimming pool will be installed in Spring 2023, therefore available for the Summer season 2023 (open from June 1st to the end of September). Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection (Starlink) included.
The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a private hot tub and outdoor dry sauna (both 100% functional all year round), and an outdoor wood-burning firepit. You will have access to L'Assomption river (only a few minutes away), where you can enjoy our private beach for swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks included) or paddle boarding (equipment not provided).
The villa's exterior offers parking for 4 cars, a private hot tub for 6 people on a large terrace with space for outdoor dining, as well as a sectional sofa under a gazebo, a gas-fired BBQ (functional all year) and an outdoor firepit (with firewood supplied in reasonable quantity). You will also find an outdoor dry sauna with space for up to for 8 people. The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from June 1st to the end of September.
On the main floor, you will find a welcoming entrance hall and a cozy living room equipped with HD cable TV, a Blu-Ray player, and a sound system with Bluetooth connection. The kitchen's imposing marble island is ideal for cooking with family or friends and it is fully equipped with Nespresso OriginaLine coffee machines, fondue sets and much more, including a dish washer. The kitchen opens on to the dining area and its amazing views of the mountains. On the main floor, you will also find a large bedroom with a King size bed and a Queen size bed on a mezzanine with the same spectacular views over the surrounding valley. The bathroom on the main floor includes a cleaning area with a washer/dryer.
On the 2nd floor, you will find a master suite including a large bedroom (King size bed), a private bathroom with freestanding bath and a glass shower, a private balcony with view of the valley + small exterior ethanol fireplace for romantic evenings.
The supplied bedding is made of pure cotton and duvet comforters. The chalet has electric heaters with an air exchanger and is equipped with an independent air conditioning system on each floor. Wi-Fi is included.
The Chalet Villa Bianca is certified 4 stars **** since 2015 by the Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec (CITQ).
Restrictions
*Minimum reservation: 3 nights during the week, 2 nights during the weekend, and 7 nights during Summer (high season).
*Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
*Non-smoking environment at all times.
*IMPORTANT: We strictly monitor the number of occupants and expect guests to respect the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding area, especially after 10pm (no “big parties”). We will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise or disturbance after 10pm.
