Last born of the Chalets Zenya family, Chalet Golden Bear is a splendid contemporary redesigned log cabin with a private in-ground heated pool, hot tub and outdoor dry sauna. It is located within the prestigious Fiddler Lake Resort, just outside of Morin Heights, in the Saint-Sauveur Valley. The chalet sits on a large private wooded lot, with an area of over 70,000 sq.ft. Sheltered from neighbours and prying eyes, you have all the peace and privacy you need to completely enjoy your vacation. Relax at the cottage with your friends or family, enjoy many activities around and unwind in the hot tub and outdoor dry sauna (both open all year round). The heated in-ground outdoor swimming pool is accessible from June 1st to the end of September.

This very spacious chalet has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It can easily accommodate up to 16 persons. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and microwave. Other amenities include a satellite TV, Wi-Fi (Starlink - high speed unlimited access), washer and dryer, pool table, poker table and ping pong table. The cottage has 1 indoor fireplace and 1 outdoor firepit with comfortable chairs.

Chalet Golden Bear is the perfect location for receptions (weddings, birthdays, etc.) and corporate events. Our current maximum capacity is 70 people split between 6 cottages (Chalet Golden Bear - 16 persons + Chalet Silver Fox - 12 persons + Chalet White Wolf - 12 persons + Chalet Blue Jay - 12 persons + Chalet Red Deer - 12 persons + Chalet White Rabbit - 8 persons... just steps away from each other!). - All applicable taxes will be added at time of booking (15% TPS/TVQ + 3.5% lodging fee) for short term rentals (less than 31 days).

- Base rate for 4 persons. Add $ 100 per night per additional person over 4 years old (there is no charge for children under 4);

- A cleaning fee of $300 applies to all bookings.

- Minimum booking: 2 nights at all times;

- No arrivals or departures on Saturday;

- Reservation deposit: a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation in our calendar. The payment is done by credit card on our secured website;

- Final payment: the payment of the full balance is payable 20 days before the arrival date by credit card;

- A fully refundable security deposit of $3000 will be temporarly frozen your credit card 3 days before arrival date. This security deposit will be returned within 24-48 hours after departure once our team confirms the chalet has been left in the same condition as on arrival with no damage;

- IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. We expect guests to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental agreement. Also, it is important to respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood: parties are not permitted; Please also note that guests are expected to prevent excessive noise at night: we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10pm;

- Check-in: after 6pm; check-out: before 1pm.
