Tax on lodging extra
You must be 25 years of age and over to rent and sign the agreement. Also, your group should be made up of adults aged 25 and over on average.
The price includes GST and QST. Quebec lodging tax is added to the amount of the reservation (3.5% applicable on the value of the night valid for the Lanaudière tourist region)
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times;
50% deposit (by Interac Electronic Transfer) is required to secure your reservation (non-refundable deposit);
The final payment of the cost of stay and the Security Deposit of $ 300 are payable by Interac 7 days before your arrival. Your security deposit will be fully refunded after your departure if no damage is found and if the chalet is returned in the same condition as on arrival;
Arrival time is usually 5 p.m. and departure time is 12 p.m.
To conclude a reservation, we will send you a rental agreement in which you will find the details of the invoice, the inclusions as well as the reservation conditions and policy.
