Summary

A magnificent chalet with a romantic and peaceful character. Located on a huge lot on the water's edge, Chalet Blanc is perfect for celebrating with friends, family or just lovers. Everything is there for cooking or having a good BBQ and eating inside and out. A large SPA is on the balcony to facilitate access and to contemplate the view of the water. Recently renovated, the white chalet offers perfect comfort to rest both in the living room and in the comfortable beds. Kayaks, paddle board are also available to enjoy the magnificent lake of Lac Noir. It is even possible to rent a pontoon (see with the owner, 514-992-4414) and go to the beach.

An advance of $ 500 is requested when booking the chalet. The balance is payable 30 days before the start of the stay. Any cancellation within 30 days the tenant will lose his advance of $ 500. Cancellations of more than 31 days will be refundable in full. In addition, a security deposit of $ 500 is added to the rental cost to cover any breakage or dirtiness of the chalet when tenants leave. This deposit is refundable 2 to 5 days after the stay if everything is compliant.

Hiking trails perfect for families and waterfalls with bodies of water for swimming are there to cool off and pick-niker. The St-Jean-de-Matha Golf Club is one of the most beautiful in Quebec and a 2-minute drive from the chalet. The Auberge de la Montage Cut to go for a massage or enjoy an excellent meal is a favorite place in St-Jean-de-Matha.

In winter, snowmobile trails will delight enthusiasts as well as the Super Glissades de St-Jean-de-Matha will delight young and old alike. The Val St-Côme ski resort is only 25 minutes from the chalet and can enhance the stay at the chalet.
