Magnificent chalet located on Lac Noir (navigable). Breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. Large lot (1.20 acre), close to lac noir. Located only 50 minutes from Montreal and 2 minutes from the Glissades / Golf de St-Jean de Matha.

Splendid house with a luxurious and warm character, large kitchen with a breathtaking view of the lake with central island. Cathedral ceiling in the living room with natural fireplace. Large balcony with terrace and barbecue. The sunset from the dining room is therefore splendid for evening dinners. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and all the amenities. A second fridge is available in the basement in the storage room. WiFi network included. Two full bathrooms. In the basement, the games room contains a television (DVD) with several board games, pool table or ping pong, table football, small pocket game for children and bistro table for a long evening with friends.
