Magnificent chalet located on Lac Noir (navigable). Breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. Large lot (1.20 acre), close to lac noir. Located only 50 minutes from Montreal and 2 minutes from the Glissades / Golf de St-Jean de Matha.
Splendid house with a luxurious and warm character, large kitchen with a breathtaking view of the lake with central island. Cathedral ceiling in the living room with natural fireplace. Large balcony with terrace and barbecue. The sunset from the dining room is therefore splendid for evening dinners. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and all the amenities. A second fridge is available in the basement in the storage room. WiFi network included. Two full bathrooms. In the basement, the games room contains a television (DVD) with several board games, pool table or ping pong, table football, small pocket game for children and bistro table for a long evening with friends.
The water is very clean, swimming (NEVER had blue algae), small beach, fishing (pike, bass, perch, bullhead, crappie), Outdoor fireplace / campfire. Paddle board and kayak available on site.
For older children: signposted mountain bike trail from the chalet, ski-doo signposted from the chalet (possibility to put your toy in the garage). Snowmobile rental at Concessionnaire Géro 5 minutes away, 450-886-3362 Pierre.
Only 10 minutes walk from the convenience store offering video localization. 5 minutes by car from the village (gasoline, grocery store, SAQ, pharmacy).
The house is located on a private street so very quiet and safe for children. The house is away from the road, super private.
Parking area can hold at least 8 cars. Always cleared of snow.
Note that you must bring your own bedding and towels, to optimize everyone's hygiene.
There is also the possibility of renting a pontoon for one day $ 300, 2 days $ 500 and 4 days $ 600.
Several tourist activities and portraits are offered in the region. Festi-Force Louis Cyr, Sugar shack, Ice sculpture festival at Village St-Côme, Les chutes Monte-à-grief, La Montagne Coupée, Nordic bath with massage (Health Center 10 minutes away), Boutique des frères and local produce, local honey, the Val Notre-Dame abbey, The Gingerbread Guild, berry picking, etc ...

The rental balance plus $ 500 security deposit is payable 30 days prior to your stay date.
A security deposit is requested to ensure the respect and cleanliness of the premises after your stay. We reserve the right to subtract an amount in the event of breakage or a breach of good citizenship.
