The floors are hardwood and the kitchen cabinets are made of walnut. A fully equiped kitchen with espresso coffee maker. A bathroom with shower. There is a porch for sitting and watching the birds and the deer that wander past the cottage. It is a fantastic spot for bird watching.  A beautiful forest of several acres with a private pond. Located only 5 minutes from the village of Rawdon, close to all services. Close to Dorwin Falls, Arbraska, Spa La Source, Cascade Falls and Ski Montcalm and Ouareau Forest.
