L'Aubergerond is located in Mandeville, a real gem of nature, in Lanaudière. You will find on the spot a small private lake, where family and friends will spend beautiful moments under the sun. Boats are also available. The inn shares the same lake as the 7 mini-cottages.

In winter, take advantage of the snowmobile and mountain bike trails near the chalet. It is possible to leave the cottage directly by snowmobile or mountain bike to reach the official trails. There is the possibility of renting snowmobiles one minute from the cottage, with Location Mastigouche.

The cottage is located a two minute drive from the popular Natur'Eau Spa. For lovers of the outdoors and hiking, you will also be near the Chutes-du-Calvaire Regional Park and the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve where you can rent kayaks or canoes.

*** Between the Thanksgiving weekend and the Patriotes weekend, we cannot guarantee that watercraft will be available. Please note that the property is equipped with outdoor camera surveillance. The camera points towards the driveway, not the land or the interior of the chalet.***

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The Inn has a large open area where you will find large tables to accommodate your group as well as seats at the kitchen bar counter. The fully equipped kitchen is left at your disposal to prepare all your meals on site. The open area offers a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace as well as a pool table upstairs. The Inn has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.

/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
