Reservation deposit:

A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded.

The balance of your invoice is due 14 day's prior to your arrival.

LIABILITY INSURANCE:

A non-refundable liability insurance fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged. This will cover up to a maximum of 500$ of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

ALL DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE VALUE OF 500$ WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE/USED FOR THE RESERVATION.

Security deposit:
A pre-authorization deposit of $750 is required the date of your arrival and release after the inspection of the chalet.

No reservation under 25 years old.

Check-In: 5:00 PM.

Check-Out: 10:00 AM.

Covid-19

It is the sole responsibility of the guest and all persons staying at the chalet to be informed,keep up to date with and adhere to all levels of government policy surrounding Covid-19. Location 4 Saisons and the owner of the chalet will not be held responsible if you unknowingly or willingly disregard or ignore any policy's with respect to regulations for Covid-19.
