Ground floor; Large living room with a fireplace, dining room for 22 people. Renovated kitchen with a 10-foot island with stools. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

A terrace with large outdoor tables and a BBQ.

1st floor; 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a gazebo with 1 bistro table and a sitting area.
