At The Great Rivers Cottage you have no choice but to get off the work routine to relax and ''chill''. Located in a quiet wooded area, the cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and for people who want to disconnect from everyday life. On the edge of the gorgeous Mistassibi River, the cottage is perfect for experienced river kayaking, hiking or snowshoeing enthusiasts.
You will have the chance to walk along the Mistassibi River. A path along the river is accessible right in front of the cottage, perfect for an afternoon stroll or a winter snowshoe hike.
IMPORTANT: All the beds are located in the same room. We have one queen size, one double size bed on the mezzanine (accessible by a ladder). A mattress for a children below 8 years old.
*** It is important to note that the cottage does not have an internet connection and the cellular signal can hardly enter at certain places. A signal booster is at your disposal on the spot. If you need to go grocery shopping, plan to stop at Dolbeau-Mistassini on the way before arriving in Saint-Stanislas.
