The environment around The Breakaway is full of activities to do: the Valinouët with its 100% natural snow is located about 20 minutes by car and the federated snowmobile trail #328 leaves directly from the chalet. In winter, it is possible to use the slope from the chalet to the delight of the whole family.
We also welcome you for a most productive and memorable team building event for your team.
With your feet warm on the radiant floors, you can cook in front of all the beauty offered by the view from the chalet's large bay windows. It is possible to admire the landscape and the lake from the terrace of the chalet, ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.
It is strictly forbidden to bring a pet, including service dogs, to the chalet under penality of eviction without refound and a penalty of $500.
The flor is fragile, if an incident occurs during the rental fees of more than $1000 may apply.

Base rates calculated for 4 adults. From the 5th adult, $25.00 per person / per day is added to the bill.
*It is important to mention additional people on the reservation, even if they are added after the reservation. In the event that additional people not mentioned are observed on site, charges will be applied to your reservation.
To confirm your reservation :
Payment for your stay is made by credit card via our transactional and secure website. You can book directly online at www.tavatachalets.com or contact a member of our team at 581-681-0575 and we will email you the confirmation link for your reservation.
A 1st payment of 50% of the total of your stay is due at the time of booking to confirm your dates. The balance is paid automatically on the same credit card 30 days before your arrival on the premises. If the reservation is taken less than 30 days before your arrival, the entire invoice is then paid in one payment.
*At the time of booking, you will be required to agree to our booking conditions .
**Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Tavata Chalets will pre-authorize an amount of $1000 on the credit card for this purpose. In the event of a breakage, guests will be charged the full cost of repairs, these not being limited to the $1000 already pre-authorized on the card. Guests will be contacted before an amount is charged to their card.
***Pets accepted in certain chalets under certain conditions. Contact us to confirm authorization before booking .
****All our accommodations are non-smoking
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of the reservation is refunded if there is cancellation more than 60 days before the planned date of the stay,
- If there is cancellation between 30 to 60 days before the scheduled date of the stay, the tenant will be reimbursed up to 50% of the total reservation,
- If there is cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant will not be refunded.
**Note that modifying a stay to reduce the number of nights is subject to the same rules as a complete cancellation**
