Base rates are based on 4 adults. For adults 5 and up, $25.00 per person/per day is added to the bill.

*It is important to mention additional people on the reservation, even if they are added later in the booking. If additional people not mentioned are found on site, fees will be applied to your reservation.

To confirm your reservation :

Payment for your stay is made by credit card via our secure, transactional website. You can book directly online at www.tavatachalets.com or contact a member of our team at 581-681-0575 and we will email you a confirmation link for your reservation.

An initial payment of 50% of your total stay is due at the time of booking to confirm your dates. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your arrival . If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, the entire invoice is paid in a single payment.

*At the time of booking you will be asked to agree to our booking conditions .

**Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Tavata Chalets will pre-authorize a $1,000 credit card for this purpose. In the event of damage, guests will be billed the full cost of repairs, which are not limited to the $1,000 already pre-authorized on the card. Guests will be contacted before any amount is charged to their card.

***Pets are allowed in some chalets under certain conditions. Contact us to confirm permission before booking .

Cancellation Policy

100% of the reservation is refunded if there is cancellation more than 60 days before the scheduled date of the stay,
If there is a cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled date of the stay, the tenant will be reimbursed up to 50% of the total reservation,
If there is a cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant will not be reimbursed.

**Please note that modifying a stay to reduce the number of nights is subject to the same rules as a complete cancellation**
