We are looking for a Quebec nature-loving couple who would like to discover the charms of a summer in the beautiful Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region
This couple will have the privilege of living in our almost new house (2016) with a breathtaking view of the Saguenay, grandiose south-facing windows, 2 propane fireplaces including a 3-sided one between the bedroom and living room. An open concept kitchen giving you the opportunity to cook your meals while admiring the view.....View that you will also have when taking your shower from the bathroom in the master bedroom, from your bed and from your SPA directly on the great balcony.
Not forgetting a 3 season solarium with radiant heat if needed.
Nosoterre has a garden level and a ground floor, which allows you to access the lower and upper floors from the outside.
If you wish to host friends, a bedroom and a bathroom with ceramic shower are available on the garden level.
The Chemin des Terres-Rompues in Saguenay is located in the district of Canton Tremblay, about ten kilometers from the city of Chicoutimi, 50km from Alma in Lac-St-Jean and its famous bicycle path "Véloroute des Bleuets".
Nosoterre is surrounded by 3 beautiful provincial parks (SEPAQ); Les Monts-Vâlin, Fjord du Saguenay Baie Éternité & Baie Ste-Catherine's sectors...At approximatively 1h30 hour from Tadoussac.. SAGUENAY IS HUGE !
The price for furnished rental is C$5,500 per month (Consult the available dates) or the whole season for C$10 000 including bedding, towels, heating, water, electricity, propane, SPA and wifi.
Allow yourself to enjoy the nourished greens, the liquid blue... Wrapped in a "zenful" comforting ambiance.
