Description
SUMMER-Directly on the edge of the Lake, private beach with fine sand, house newly furnished with appliances and all the amenities for a dream vacation with the family. Wifi accessible throughout the house and even on the beach! Air conditioning for too hot days even in the upper bedrooms.
FALL-The beautiful September weather will give you lovely warmth before winter, the view becomes magnificent when the trees change colors. The fire at the edge of the beach remains a beautiful experience. The sound of the waves brings you the sweetness of the holidays.
WINTER-propane fireplace in the living room to warm you up after a fatbike, ice fishing, snowshoeing or snowmobile trip.
We provide everything to make your stay as easy as possible:

Reservation
50% of the rental cost is required when booking
50% of the balance of the reservation is payable thirty days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay
100% of the cost, when the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay.
Payment
By interac transfer, check or cash.
Cancelation
Any cancellation must be made by written notice and sent to the email address jessica@alturagf.com
If the notice of cancellation is received beyond thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the initial deposit will be retained by the lessor as damages. However, if the cancellation is due to covid-19 due to the rental ban, the costs will be refunded to you in full.

Prices
They are established according to supply and demand and the seasons. They can be changed at any time without notice, especially at Christmas, during March Break and Easter. Prices are for 4 people.
Price for additional person to be discussed and $50 for an animal.
Arrival
Arrival is after 3:30 p.m. and departure must be done by 11 a.m.
