Stay

• You must stay a minimum of 2 nights at all times;

Prices

• Rates are based on 6 people, more than 6 people, $10 per person, per day;
• Cleaning fees are $140;
• A $50 fee is applicable for early arrival (before 4 p.m.) or late departure (after 11 a.m.), you must request this;

Payment

• 20% is due at time of booking;
• Balance due 30 days before arrival + security deposit;
• 100% due if arrival is in less than 30 days;
• Payment by Interac transfer;
• A security deposit of $500 for breakage and damage is required to stay at the condo;

Cancelation

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
  Full refund for reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, if cancellation is sent within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival.
  After this period, 50% of the reservation amount is refunded up to 7 days before arrival. No refund after this period.

Prohibitions

• No pets allowed;
• No smoking inside;
