La Maison du Faubourg

The Maison du Faubourg is located on the most beautiful street in the village of Anse Saint-Jean. It is a stone's throw from the covered bridge and the St-Jean River.

Its location is ideal for lovers of nature. Near the bike path, hiking trail, Parc du Saguenay, the Quai, the grocery store (SAQ), pharmacy, pastry shop, several restaurants, the Saguenay Fjord, the chocolate factory, the ski ... finally you will find everything within a radius of 1 to 13 km.

15 minutes by car from the Mont-Édouard ski center.

The house dates from 1949. It was completely renovated in 2006. It was originally a flour mill! You will have a magnificent view of the river with its large patio. Quiet, relaxing all that and more.

The house is on 2 floors. Two bedrooms on the ground floor. One with queen bed communicating with the bathroom and having the view of the river and the other with double bed. Kitchen and living room on the ground floor.

In the basement, a bedroom with double bed and a retractable bed in the living room. Bathroom with huge shower (3x6) in ceramic as well as laundry room.
