The house is on 2 floors, including 3 closed bedrooms, one full bathroom and a powder room. Living room with gas fireplace opens to the kitchen and the dining room. A terrace is facing the Saint John River with BBQ and possibility of external home fires. Washer and dryer are available.
The house is close to all services in the village of L'Anse-St-Jean, such as: grocery store (alcohol), pastries, pharmacy, chocolate shop, restaurants, gas station, etc.
Payment by bank transfer or check.
A 20% deposit will be required. This deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation is made more than fifteen (15) days before the date of stay. All our prices include the 3.5% lodging tax.
Full payment must be received fifteen (15) days before the start of the rental.
