General Regulations:

• Accommodation and non-smoking site, pets allowed, a fine of $ 200 will be imposed for any offender.
• The dishes must be made and the home must be left in good condition.
• We are not responsible for damaged or lost items belonging to a client.
• You will be held responsible and charged for any breakage or loss of equipment, equipment, furniture or supply occurred during the stay.
• You must be 21 years old minimum to rent the loft.
• The balance of your invoice must be paid at the time of registration upon arrival.

deposits:

• A deposit of 50% of the bill is required to confirm reservation. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
• A $ 60 security deposit guaranteeing respect for the loft and regulations payable in cash is required upon arrival.

Refund:

• No refunds will be given for a tenant who leaves before the end of the stay.
• $ 40 fee will be deducted from reimbursements made 15 days or more prior to arrival.
