The cottage is located in front of a bay, at Pointe Brûlée with direct and private access to the beach.
It includes:

- Kitchen
- Two bedrooms (one with TV)
- Bathroom (with shower)
- Gazebo outside
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes all small appliances, dishwasher and freezer.
There is also air conditioning (newly installed heat pump) and a washer and dryer.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
Bedding and towels are provided.
The cottage is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
An amount of $ 100 per week rental must be sent no later than three months before the start date of hire, with the signed contract.
