Article 1: The reservation becomes effective once the owner has received from the customer a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay. Payment of this deposit constitutes acceptance of the general conditions.
Article 2: Payment of the balance: The balance is paid on arrival at the owner. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.
Article 3: Cancellation by the customer:
A-If the cancellation occurs before 8 weeks of the reservation, the deposit returns to the customer.
B- If the cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner
Article 4: Arrival: The customer must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned on the site.
Article 5: Departures: Departures are before 10:00 a.m.
Article 6: Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the chalets in good condition. In the event of damage, the customer undertakes to reimburse the costs incurred.
Article 7: Capacity: The reservation is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers, without canceling the reservation
