Oceanfront , Lameque Island Chiasson Office, nice cottage well equipped microwave, coffee maker, patio chairs and table, patio rocking chair,etc, directly on the beach on two acres of land for more privacy in a fisherman little village and six minutes to town. Fish boat in front of the cottage.Two bedrooms and one bedroom completely new with queen bed , pine wall and new flooring with ocean view. In the new bedroom, there is a little den with a reading corner a little table for coffee in the moroning and a walk in closet. The other bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a double futon. Most of the room have view of the ocean. Beautiful sunrise with ocean sound is very relaxing.There is a beautiful beach directly in front of the cottage. The bathroom is all renovated with new shower and flooring. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy life. Kite surf, ocean kayack and surfing paradise. The neighbors are lobster fisherman come eat our fresh lobster in May/June
Can sleep 4-6 persons. Sheets, towels and dish towels not included. Your responsible for the propane for BBQ.
It is a smoke free, animal free cottage. No animals accepted.
