For short term rental (weekly):

• For 2025, the weekly rental fee is set at 1900$ everything included. We only as that you bring your beach towels.
• A deposit of 50% of the rental period's total is required upon reservation to block off the chosen dates.
• The balance (50%) of the rental amount will have to be paid in full no less than 10 days before the lease start.
• Cancellations with refund must be made 60 days before rental date.
• Payment may be done through our Paypal account (fees applicable) or by interac transfer, check, bank draft or postal money order.
• A security deposit of 500$ cash is requested at check-in.
• A signed rental contract must be sent via fax, email or post to our headquarters in Montreal within 10 days of reservation.
• Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Qc without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Carus Terra Inc..
