Booking terms:

50% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rental is payable on the first day of the stay.
When the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.

A $500 security deposit is requested and returned within 7 days of departure.

Rental terms:

Everything is included: bedding (pillows, sheets, etc.) as well as dish towels, hand towels, tablecloths and placemats EXCEPT bath towels, which are NOT PROVIDED.
Firewood included (for the indoor and outdoor fireplace).
Waste (waste and recycling) must be placed in the bins provided for this purpose on the edge of Rang Saguenay.
Please leave the compost in the bin provided for this purpose: we will take care of it (it is also household compost).

Responsibilities:

The tenant must notify the landlord of any BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE caused during his stay.
The tenant agrees to return the rented building at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on arrival.
