Booking terms:

• 50% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rental is payable on the first day of the stay.
• When the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.
• Payment is made by interac transfer (email: claurendeau23@gmail.com).
• A $500 security deposit is requested and returned within 7 days of departure.

Rental terms:

• Everything is included: bedding (pillows, sheets, etc.) as well as dish towels, hand towels, tablecloths and placemats EXCEPT bath towels, which are NOT PROVIDED.
• Firewood included (for the indoor and outdoor fireplace).
• Waste (waste and recycling) must be placed in the bins provided for this purpose on the edge of Rang Saguenay. 
• Please leave the compost in the bin provided for this purpose: we will take care of it (it is also household compost).

Responsibilities:

• The tenant must notify the landlord of any BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE caused during his stay. 
• The tenant agrees to return the rented building at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on arrival.
