We offer a cottage with a newly renovated inside with love. On the 1st floor you will find one master bedroom with a beautiful view of the lake with a large bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed ( double below with single on top ) . Garden apartment completely renovated with a beautiful large bedroom with 2 double beds, a large family room with patio doors giving access to land and a bathroom with shower. A total of 9 sleeping places very conformatble .
Large terrace on two sides of the chalet to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. This is the perfect place to relax, enjoing the view and to have a drink!
Wood stove in the basement to get you warm when getting back from outside.
Access for passengers:
Guests have access to the chalet at the magnificent large plot as well as a nice dock to relax in the sun and enjoy the lake.

We can suggest activities to do at the lake, near the lake or other recommendations as necessary to fully enjoy our beautiful region.
The neighborhood:
There are plenty of activities to do in Lac Sept-Îles during the winter:
- A skating rink with a 12-km distance, the longest skating trail in North America. (The rink is within 100 meters from the chalet)
- It is perfect to take a walk with stroller on the side of the ice ring
- Snow slide out of the land of the chalet, perfect to keep the kids busy, close and safe.

snowshoeing and cross country skiing
- Alpine skiing 10 km at Ski Centre St. Raymond (very small and very affordable family resort, also possibility of inner tube slide)
- Vallée Bras-du-Nord accessible only 8 km (snowshoe hiking, backcountry skiing, biking and snowmobile and fat bike)
Ville St-Raymond at less than 10km with all services, hospital and restaurants
