Welcome to Le Cosy du Lac! This chalet is ideally located on the shores of Lake Sept-Iles, just 40 minutes from Quebec City. It offers direct access to the water and a flat, sunny lot throughout the day. Enjoy our 15-meter dock with a ladder, perfect for easy and peaceful swimming in a shallow area of the lake. Relax on the swing or enjoy a coffee at the end of the dock while admiring the beauty of the lake. The outdoor space includes a table, parasol, and a four-season fireplace, creating a welcoming atmosphere for your outdoor moments. A sofa on the covered patio allows you to enjoy the landscape in complete tranquility. Boats (pedal boat, paddleboard, 2 kayaks, canoe) and life jackets are also provided for you to explore the lake.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, ideal for preparing meals with family or friends. The cozy living room, featuring a propane fireplace, offers a warm atmosphere for evenings after a day of activities. The chalet also includes 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.
