Mathis is located at Sergent Lake, a few hundred feet from the lake. This four season cottage gives you access to the lake, and during the summer season, you even have a boat at your disposal. 46 km separates us from Quebec.
Accommodating 6 people, it comes with free wi-fi, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable service. A complete kitchen is at your disposal. A bathroom on the ground floor, and another upstairs, with whirlpool is there for your comfort. All bedding is provided. Outside, under the covered patio, you will have access to the BBQ.
In summer, the bike path is less than 5 minutes from the chalet. In winter you have access to the snowmobile trail from the cottage. Welcome to snowmobilers
