On the central floor: Three bedrooms each with 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds (bunk), full bathroom and access to a covered terrace.
On the ground floor, on the edge of the lake: Games room with billiards, table tennis and 55” television. Full bathroom, laundry room, loveseat and 2 sofa beds.
The signatory of the rental contract must be 25 years of age or older.
