Chalet located in the beautiful municipality of Montpellier, 5 minutes from the majestic Lac Simon.
Very well equipped to accommodate 6 people. Access to a small bay directly on the land and located 15 minutes from all Services (gasoline, grocery store, pharmacy, butcher, etc.).
ATV and snowmobile trails are also accessible from the chalet. Several activities are also available in the Petite Nation sector.
A minimum of 2 nights is required and 3 nights during long weekends. A 30% deposit is required when booking and this deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 30 days or less. A security deposit of $500 is also required and refundable after inspection of the premises following departure.
Access to the chalet is permitted from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and departure is at 12 p.m.
