The chalet is built on three floors and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. In total, it can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
We offer a professional bedding maintenance service, and regular and rigorous spa maintenance.
Electric cars are welcome. We have a 7.2kW charging station at your disposal.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, living room and dining room, all in an open concept offering a splendid view of the lake and abundant light. In the evening, you can relax in the warmth near the wood-burning fireplace or watch your favorite show on a 56-inch television. The first master bedroom includes a king bed and a walk-in closet. You also benefit from a large bathroom which communicates with the bedroom. It has two sinks and a separate shower.
You can also enjoy a good meal and enjoy the magnificent view of the lake sheltered from bad weather in the beautiful three-season glass roof provided. for this purpose.
On the second floor, you will access another spacious master bedroom which includes a king bed with an exceptional view of the lake, and two other bedrooms, one of which has a bed bunk and the other with a queen bed. A pretty, modern ceramic-trimmed bathroom that includes two sinks will appeal to large groups.
In the basement, there is a large, comfortable family room with pool table and stationary bike. There is also another bathroom with two sinks and a shower. In this one, you will also find a washer and dryer. The basement also offers additional sleeping spaces. In fact, you will find a sofa bed and a comfortable foldable bed. A direct exit to the parking spaces provides easy access to moving luggage.
For fishing enthusiasts, the lake is renowned for the quality of its fishing for smallmouth bass and gray trout.
Not far from the chalet, is the center tourist attraction of Lac Simon which is managed by SEPAQ. Summer and winter, there is a range of activities to keep all members of the family busy. The entire Outaouais region is full of activities to do: make Le Simonet your base for exploring the surrounding area.
Le Simonet is located less than an hour from the Ottawa/Gatineau region at most 2 hours from Montreal and 45 minutes from Mont-Tremblant. For any required supplies, the village of Chénéville is located just 10 minutes from the premises.
