Minimum of 4 nigths for holiday period (Christmas and New year) and the price is $380.00/night.

The minimum rates represented the low season.

The maximum rate represented the high season, except for the holiday season.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Policy: Payment can be made via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express ...) Paypal, or Transfer.

Deposit Policy: To confirm your accommodation we require a deposit of 100% at the time of booking.

Rates / Taxes: All rates are in Canadian dollars and vary depending on length of stay, period and number of people. The basic rate is valid up to a maximum of 4 people per occupation at any time and during the entire stay. Rates and exchange rates are subject to change without notice. If applicable, the taxes are 5% (Taxes on goods and services) 9.975% (Quebec sales tax) and 3.5% (Lodging tax).

Cancellation Policy:

For a reservation canceled 15 days or more before arrival, the charges are refundable*.

For a cancellation made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, either a 60% refund*or a credit (of the total amount paid) applicable on a next reservation will be given to you. To postpone a reservation, this transfer must be done within the current season (summer, winter, spring, autumn) of the date of the canceled reservation and will be subject to prices and availabilities in force.

For a cancellation to 7 days or less before arrival, no credit, only a refund of 50%* of the amount of the invoice will be given to you .

For the holiday season (December 20 to January 8);

For a reservation canceled 30 days or more before arrival, the charges are refundable*.

For a cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival, either a 50% refund* or a credit applicable on a next reservation will be given to you .

For a cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, no refund or credit.

* NOTE: For any cancellation, an administrative fee of $ 100.00 will be retained (in addition to the refund percentage if applicable). In addition, for the cancellation of a stay paid by credit card, a charge of 2.90% will be retained (credit card charges).

Policy on Minimum rental age: The owner requires the minimum age to book is 25 years old.

 Arrival and Departure: The hours are:

• Arrival time: 4:00 PM

• Departure time: 11:00 AM

Maximum number of guests: The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests including children, unless approved by the administration or the owner, subject to additional fees (the base rate is for 4 people or less, there is an additional charge for anyone beyond the number mentioned). Failure to comply with these rules will result in costs or even the total loss of your security deposit. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue, the stay of customer who does not respect this policy without monetary compensation. The tenant is required in any time to notify the administration of any changes in the number of guests.
