1. Taxes are included in the pricing.
2. Cleaning fees are included for bookings of 7 days or longer. A 150$ cleaning fee is applicable to booking of less than 7 days.
3. A 25% non-refundable deposit at reservation and balance due one month prior to your stay.
4. An additional $500 damage deposit will be charged with balance and refunded within three business days of checkout.
5. Dogs and cats are not allowed indoors (fee: $500).
6. Smoking outdoors ONLY (smoking indoors will incur a $500 fee)
7. Gatherings and parties are welcome, however, outdoor music must be lowered past 11:00 PM.

The Ottawa River
Municipal wharf is 3 minutes (2km) from the cottage. A buoy is located in the water in front of the cottage and can be used during your stay to tie-off your ship.
Local producers and artisans from L'Isle-aux-Allumettes gather every Thursday in season to sell their products at this farmers market. Fruits, vegetables, breads, jams, flowers, soaps: this is the place to enjoy all that the Pontiac has to offer. Open May to October.
