Rustic loft with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with fireplace, pool table and BBQ. Open concept loft.
Built in a chalet on a small private lake, with beautiful windows including a beautiful large balcony overlooking the lake and a large private lot.
We offer radiant floors, a complete industrial-style kitchen, 2 beautiful bathrooms with a ceramic glass shower, front washer/dryer, 2 smart televisions, WIFI.
Outside there is a spa, outdoor firepit and outdoor furnitures, picnic tables, a dock, pedal boats, paddle boards, kayaks (all of these can be shared with other units in the case of simultaneous rental ).
We offer shampoo and conditioner, we also provide your first pot of coffee every morning of your stay. We offer all the bed linens and towels.
We have a private lake in front of the chalet that only our guests can use it, we have a nice dock where you can swim off of or sunbath on it. Our guests have access to paddle boards and a pedal boat free of charge, and we also do kayak rental. Our guests have access to two outdoor fireplaces, one in the front of the chalet next to the lake, and in the back of the back of the chalet where you can do bonfire in the summer or winter.
You have access to the entire loft, the private lake, the backyard & the jacuzzi, which can be shared.
PETS
Pets are allowed with an extra $100 fee and a $500 security deposit.
WHAT WE OFFER
We have a regular coffee machine, we supply the filters, a cup of coffee per day of your stay. We also offer salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We also offer on site the sale of wood for the fireplace, and a vending machine with soft drinks, energy drinks, chocolate bars, chips and peanuts.
