Escale 336 is a short term rental for 6 persons max. Escales 335 and 336 are opposite each other, possibility of renting both simultaneously for a total capacity of 14 people.

Chalet directly on Lake Champlain, in the Bay of Venice. Residential area in the heart of the city of Venise-en-Québec. Ideal for two couples or a group of friends. Animals are welcome in all our chalets.

Comfortable and fully equipped. Two closed bedrooms (bedding provided). Kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette stove, fondue stove, semi-automatic espresso machine ... as well as all the necessary crockery, utensils and cutlery. Shower room with shower (towels provided). Living room with ROKU television, blue-ray player. Unlimited high speed internet

BBQ and propane fireplace, patio set and lounge chair.

2 solo kayaks and life jackets are also available free of charge.

Regular rate: Weekdays $ 179.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $ 299.00 per night + $ 139.00 cleaning fee

Holiday season: $ 299.00 per night + $ 139.00 cleaning fee

Summer season (June 22 to September 3, 2023 inclusively): Weekdays $ 359.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $399.00 + $ 139.00 cleaning fee

No minimum number of nights. The first night starts at 5:00 p.m. and the last ends at 1:00 p.m. the next day. Sales taxes, lodging tax and cleaning fees are included in the displayed rates.

Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable when booking and the balance payable 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept interac e-mail transfers, checks and credit cards through the paypal app.

Cancellation policy and management fees: Full refund up to 2 weeks before the booked date (except applicable management fees). No refund within 2 weeks notice. A management fee of $ 75 plus taxes will be required for requests for modifications or cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice on a reservation already made.
