This cottage located a few steps from the heart of the village of Venise-en-Québec. Splendid view of Lake Champlain and access to a private waterfront with dock.
The chalet: Comfortable house of 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. King bed in the master bedroom + futon, Double bunk bed with a single bed in the 2nd bedroom right in front of the bathroom, 2 seater whirlpool tub and separate shower, Large living area including dining room, living and working area, Canopy on the balcony. Access to the private lake within walking distance for swimming and water sports.
Facilities: Unlimited WIFI 25 Mbs, SmartTV with ROKU, Blue-Ray Player, Propane BBQ, Outdoor Fireplace (non-inclut wood), 1 Tandem Kayak and 2 solo kayaks with paddles and floater jackets.
Located right next to the Noah Spa, Club de Golf and Le Greg restaurant and the walking trails of the Neville Nature Reserve in Venice-en-Québec. Several activities nearby! The living area of the cottage and the front courtyard offers a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Note that you have to cross the main road between the cottage and the lake to put the kayaks in the water or go swimming.
Possibility to rent a 2nd chalet located right in front at the same time, ideal for 2 families who want to take a holiday together while each having their privacy.

Regular rate: Weekdays $ 179.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $ 299.00 per night + $ 139.00 cleaning fee
Holiday season: $ 349.00 per night + $ 139.00 cleaning fee
Summer season (June 22 to September 3, 2023 inclusively): Weekdays $ 359.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $ 399.00 + $ 139.00 cleaning fee
No minimum number of nights. The first night starts at 3:00 p.m. and the last ends the next day at 11:00 a.m. Sales taxes, lodging tax and cleaning fees are included in the displayed rates.
Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable when booking and the balance payable 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept interac e-mail transfers, checks and credit cards through the paypal app.
Cancellation policy and management fees: Full refund up to 2 weeks before the booked date (except applicable management fees). No refund within 2 weeks notice. A management fee of $ 75 plus taxes will be required for requests for modifications or cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice on a reservation already made.
