The first night starts at 3:00 p.m. and the last ends the next day at 11:00 a.m. Sales taxes, lodging tax and cleaning fees are included in the displayed rates.
Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable when booking and the balance payable 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept interac e-mail transfers, checks and credit cards through the paypal application.
Cancellation policy and handling charges: Full refund up to 2 weeks before the booked date (except applicable handling charges). No refund within 2 weeks notice. A management fee of $ 75 plus taxes will be charged for requests for modifications or cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice on a reservation already made.
