L'escale 471 is our largest chalet, it is directly on the shores of Lake Champlain in a very quiet area of Venise-en-Québec. Can accommodate up to 4 couples or 1 to 2 families.

Comfortable and fully equipped. Three closed bedrooms in addition to the glass roof which can be separated by curtains to form a fourth bedroom (bedding provided). Kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette stove, fondue stove, ... as well as all necessary crockery, utensils and cutlery. Shower room with bath and shower (towels provided). Living room with wood fireplace, SmartTV with ROKU and blue-ray player.

BBQ, patio set and outdoor fireplace.

Regular rate: Weekdays $ 310.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the day before a holiday $ 499.00 per night + $ 189.00 cleaning fee

Holiday season: $ 499.00 per night + $ 189.00 cleaning fee

Summer season (June 22 to September 4, 2023 inclusively): Weekdays $ 619.00 per night, Friday Saturday and the eve of a holiday $ 689.00 + $ 189.00 cleaning fee

The first night starts at 4:00 p.m. and the last ends at 11:00 a.m. the next day. Sales taxes, lodging tax and cleaning fees are included in the displayed rates.

Payments: Minimum 50% of the amount payable when booking and the balance payable 2 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept interac e-mail transfers, checks and credit cards through the paypal application.

Cancellation policy and handling charges: Full refund up to 2 weeks before the booked date (except applicable handling charges). No refund within 2 weeks notice. A management fee of $75 plus taxes will be charged for requests for modifications or cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice on a reservation already made.
