The chalet now has a small guest house to accommodate an additional 6 people, instead of the initial capacity of 14 people in the main house. The guest house will be ready and open from December 15, 2023.

Villa Acero, located in St-Valérien de Milton, is the perfect place for a stay in the heart of nature! With its 21 wooded acres and numerous hiking trails for summer walks or off-trail snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in winter, nature lovers will be delighted in all seasons. Around this rental chalet, a large grassy area provides space for sports such as badminton, volleyball, soccer, and more. A small pond will delight children who can go frog hunting. Please note that the pond is not recommended for swimming.

In addition to these many activities, you can enjoy the swimming pool (heated from June 1st to September 1st) and the 4-season spa. A large terrace with a patio set and umbrella allows you to relax while enjoying a meal in the great outdoors. The terrace is the perfect place for BBQ grilling or to enjoy sunsets and the surrounding nature. The vast property has a designated area for evening campfires. And what better way to end the day than around a campfire?

The property includes the main house with 5 bedrooms, but also a small guest house right next to the main house. This guest house can accommodate an additional 6 people. The sleeping spaces in the guest house are open for groups of 12 people and more. If you are 11 people or fewer, only the sleeping spaces in the main house should be used. The guest house, in general, is open to all groups as it also has a pool table.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This 20-person rental chalet will allow your family and friends to come together for a stay. The fully equipped kitchen and open-concept dining room allow you to chat with your guests while preparing delicious meals. Large windows let in natural light and provide a beautiful view of nature.

A large sectional sofa, a 48-inch flat-screen TV with satellite, Bluetooth speakers, and access to Wi-Fi are provided to enhance your well-being during your stay. You will also find several entertainment facilities on-site, including a foosball table in the basement. The 5 closed bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom.

Please note that the chalet is supplied with well water. The well water, especially the hot water, has a sulfur smell. We prefer to inform you to avoid any surprises once at the chalet.
