Fees:
- Taxes (GST, QST, and lodging tax) apply to the stay.
- The reservation holder must be 25 years or older.
- $500 security deposit, refundable up to 7 days after departure.
- $150 cleaning fee + taxes.
- $100 per additional person per day (maximum 8 guests, including a maximum of 6 adults). Children 13 years and older are considered adults.
- A dog is welcome under specific conditions, with a fee of $75 per night.

1.Less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date: In the case of a cancellation made less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival, a credit of 25% of the total value of the reservation will be applied to the total price of the reservation already paid.
2. More than (30) days prior to arrival date: In the case of a cancellation made more than (30) days before the date of arrival, the security deposit will be retained since it is non-refundable.
