To reserve, the tenant must be 25 years of age or over and a rental agreement will be sent to you by email. You will need to accept the terms and conditions of the latter to confirm the reservation.
A cleaning fee of $ 200 applies for all reservations (for long-term reservations, possibility to have the cleaning team come at your convenience and at your expense)
A security deposit of $ 500 for damage or breakage is required by credit card or by interac transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 days of your departure if there is no damage and the chalet is in the same condition as when you arrived.
If you wish to pay by credit card (online with Square), please note that we will ad a processing fee of 3% of the total amount.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required when booking. This deposit can be paid by credit card or Interac transfer.
The full balance of the rental amount must be paid thirty (30) days before the date of occupancy. Cancellation within more than (30) days of the occupancy date is refundable at 75%.
No cancellation is refundable within thirty (30) days of the occupancy date.
Arrival time: 3 p.m.
Departure time: 12 p.m.
It is forbidden to smoke in the chalet.
Pets are not accepted.
Important Notice
- The number of occupants must respect the maximum number allowed
- The inventory must be respected, no party will be tolerated
- The curfew must be observed at all times
- The occupants must respect the health rules due to covid-19 which will be in force during their stay
- The occupants must behave in a respectful manner towards the neighborhood
- No refund in case of bad weather
