Be among the first to experience the chalet l'Oasis. Whether you are looking to get away from your daily routine, to relax or to have fun, this chalet is sure to charm you. Located at the water's edge and surrounded by a huge wooded and intimate lot, this upscale property of more than 3000 sq. Ft. will be the perfect place to spend a dream vacation. A variety of all-season activities are available to you!
You will fall under the spell of this chalet. Inside, you will find a warm and relaxing atmosphere thanks to the "Zen" and refined decoration. On the ground floor, you will enjoy the view of the surrounding woodland or of the river while cooking. The chalet is punctuated by an abundance of windows overlooking the magnificent St-Maurice River. You will be stunned by the sunrise over the lake and it will, for shure, be a great start to each day! On the 2nd floor, a large mezzanine housing the "lounge" area, a relaxing and warm place will allow you to meditate, read, etc. The complete kitchen with natural gas stove, convection oven and dishwasher will delight cooking lovers. You will also find multiple cooking appliances and utensils (raclette oven, fondue stove, toaster, microwave, blender, indoor and outdoor crockery, etc.). A Nespresso coffee machine is available for your use (capsules of the VirtuoLine range that you can bring or that we can provide to you, according to prior arrangements, at a cost of $ 1.25 / capsule). A regular coffee maker is also available. Two living rooms with smart televisions, traditionnal tv channels, google chrome and dvd are available for you to enjoy. Four closed bedrooms, as well as two semi-closed bedrooms are available to allow everyone a rest in comfort (full bedding provided) In addition, three bathrooms, each with its own shower, will allow more privacy for larger groups (bath towels and beach towels provided). High speed wifi is available (300 Mb/s and unlimited data), great for remote work and streaming.
Whether you are a family, a group of friends, or a work team, whether you are keen of outdoor activities, water sports or snowmobiling, this chalet will please you. More than 130 kilometers of navigation on the St-Maurice River are available for you, in addition to private access to the Quebec snowmobile network!
Outside, a large terrace crowns the southwest side of the chalet where you can soak up the sun all day long and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. A second outdoor relaxation and dining area is offered with a gazebo. The spa is perfectly positioned, offering a superb view of the river and the surrounding landscape. You will also have direct access to the river and a private dock to dock your boat (possibility of renting or bringing your own boat), to enjoy our 2 double kayaks and 2 paddle boards offered free of charge to enhance your stay, or simply for swimming and relaxation. The river is navigable for more than 100 km. An outdoor campfire site is also set up on the grounds for memorable evenings. The area of the Oasis chalet is suitable for walking, cycling, snowshoeing, fishing, bird watching and outdoor games. La Mauricie National Park is only 10 minutes away and you can hike, observe waterfalls, cycle on a scenic road, access multiple lakes and landscaped beaches, etc. In short, the sector is full of outdoor activities that will meet your expectations, regardless of your passions and of the seasons.

To reserve, the tenant must be 25 years of age or over and a rental agreement will be sent to you by email. You will need to accept the terms and conditions of the latter to confirm the reservation.
A cleaning fee of $ 200 applies for all reservations (for long-term reservations, possibility to have the cleaning team come at your convenience and at your expense)
A security deposit of $ 500 for damage or breakage is required by credit card or by interac transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 days of your departure if there is no damage and the chalet is in the same condition as when you arrived.
If you wish to pay by credit card (online with Square), please note that we will ad a processing fee of 3% of the total amount.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required when booking. This deposit can be paid by credit card or Interac transfer.
The full balance of the rental amount must be paid thirty (30) days before the date of occupancy. Cancellation within more than (30) days of the occupancy date is refundable at 75%.
No cancellation is refundable within thirty (30) days of the occupancy date.

Departure time: 12 p.m.
It is forbidden to smoke in the chalet.
Pets are not accepted.
Important Notice
- The number of occupants must respect the maximum number allowed
- The inventory must be respected, no party will be tolerated
- The curfew must be observed at all times
- The occupants must respect the health rules due to covid-19 which will be in force during their stay
- The occupants must behave in a respectful manner towards the neighborhood
- No refund in case of bad weather
