Country house , INTERGENERATIONAL fully furnished and equipped, 5 appliances, bedding, dishes etc. At the edge of a nice little private lake, very nice view overlooking the lake and the forest on the other side.
Located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal , to Trois-Rivières by the 40 through Louiseville, IDEAL WITH CHILDREN and grandparents . Pedal boat and small trout fishing (summer). Winter slides right in front of and to the side of the house, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. We can also skate on the lake when the weather permits. Artesian well water, 260 ft deep. In summer the lake water is excellent for swimming. The water is flowing and at a good flow, there is a small dam which makes it possible to establish the level of water and which therefore constitutes a fall.
The basement is completely finished and includes 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a large living room with slow combustion stove , a laundry room with lavado and shower.
Located near several sporting and cultural activity centers including Baluchon, La Seigneurie Volant and microbrewery in St-Paulin (17kms), Lac Saccacomie (scuba diving), inns, Vallée du Parc ski centers (35kms) and Val-St-Côme (78kms), Café and shows La Pierre Angulaire, St-Élie-de-Caxton, village of storyteller Fred Pellerin, Pourvoirie du Lac Blanc and Auberge du Lac à l'Eau Claire.
PRICE: $ 895.00 per week up to 4 people including children, except for the holiday weeks $ 995.00 and spring break which are $ 925 and $ 125.00 more per additional person; $ 425.00 per weekend up to 4 people and $ 25.00 more per additional person, all included including firewood for the slow combustion stove; negotiable for a long time. Animals are accepted after agreement.
