Nice construction 2014, located on the edge of the St-Maurice river facing the Mauricie park. The chalet offers a breathtaking view of these assets. 15 minutes from St-Tite, 45 minutes from Trois-Rivières and 1h45 from Quebec and Montreal, this is an ideal place to practice various activities or simply to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation.
The chalet has air conditioning. It has a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, among other things), three bedrooms, a living room, a living room in the basement with a bar side, two bathrooms (including communicating with the master bedroom), a laundry room (with washer / dryer) and a magnificent 12 x 34 terrace overlooking the majestic St-Maurice river.
In the summer season, the latter opens the way to several km of navigation (N-S) or obviously to all other nautical activities. Fishing enthusiasts will also enjoy it. A dock is also available for your boat. The owner can request a pontoon ride on the river for an additional fee. Summer activities near the chalet = hiking, fishing, mountain biking, hunting, mini-farm, canoeing, rafting, kayaking.
The area is also popular with mountain bikers. The many km of trails nearby allow for fabulous getaways.
According to the summer season, the beauty of the colors of autumn brings us slowly towards the winter season which, in turn, brings us its share of activities near the chalet; snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, skating, sliding, ice fishing, dog sledding.
A residence in nature with all the amenities available within 20 minutes (convenience stores, SAQ, grocery stores, restaurants, rentals (ATV, snowmobile, spyder, convertible, pontoon, watercraft, motorcycle, etc.).
The Panorama chalet is basically a family project that wanted to bring people together. We now want to share this experience with you.
A deposit of $500.00 is required in order to make the reservation. This same deposit will serve as a security deposit and will be returned to you 24 - 48 hours following your departure provided that all rules have been respected and / or the chalet shows no damage and / or breakage.
The refund of the security deposit will be given in the same way, by interac transfer to the email address of the person in charge of the rental.
The total rental price is due 30 days before the date of your stay. In case of non-payment, the security deposit will be retained by the owner.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to the chalet's email address.
Cancellation received more than 30 days from the initial date of the stay will be approved, however 50% of the deposit will be retained as damages.
In the event that the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the initial date of the stay, the full security deposit will be refunded but the total of the rental will be retained as damages.
In the event that the chalet is not available for rental due to a major breakage or reason beyond the control of the lessor, all amounts will be refunded to the lessee.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The tenant undertakes to return the rented building at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal actions and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises). The tenant agrees to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise must be kept to a minimum, especially outside.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The arrival time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and the tenant must leave by 11:00 a.m. the day after the last night.
It is forbidden to SMOKE in the building. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the place intended for this purpose.
PETS are not allowed.
The owner cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the establishment.
The owner cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during the stay.
If the day of departure, the tenant does not leave at the time mentioned (provided for in the contract), additional charges may apply.
Sanitary paper provided for the beginning of the stay. Bedding provided (pillows, sheets,) and towels provided. Electric heating provided. Wood provided. Parking lot snow removal included.
Some recommendations when you leave:
Return the building to the same condition as on arrival (except cleaning). Make sure all windows and doors are closed. We ask that the dishwasher be washed.
