Beautiful cottage (4 seasons) on the waterfront at Lac Souris (about 1h30 from Montreal or Quebec). Very large landscaped with flowers and lots of trees, very intimate. Exceptional view inside and outside the cottage, large terrace. Spa 6 with lake views to relax!

Easy access to the lake, sandy bottom for swimming, gentle slope, ideal for children. The stone pier offers a beautiful view to watch sunrises and sunsets!Facing south so you can enjoy sun all day.

A very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, etc.).

A bathroom with bath and shower, a large lounge with slow combustion stove, TV (satellite), DVD, Video and sound system. Washer and dryer. All accessories for kitchen and laundry are included (soap, etc.).

Outside are included: table, chairs, BBQ and propane fireplace and firewood, small wading pool and slide for children. Storage Shed with extra fridge.
