This cottage offers you a large terrace with an incredible view of the lake. In this enchanting site, you can enjoy nature in abundance. The south-facing orientation offers you sunshine all day long. At the front of the property is a large plot of land with a private dock, a fire pit and several trees all around the cottage for more privacy. The cottage is located in a quiet corner of the lake at its end, but it is easy to get to a larger and deeper bay by kayak or other boats. You will appreciate the wild side of the lake where you can observe loons, great blue heron, otters, resident and migratory birds surrounded by a magnificent variety of flora!
The lake is 20 km from the shore and the water is of exceptional quality. During the summer it is possible to do water sports with equipment provided on site, swimming and fishing (lake trout, speckled trout and perch) as well as cycling. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts, because the Presqu'île path is in the middle of nature and several trails are nearby.
In winter it is possible to go snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating on the lake or simply walking on the trail.
The chalet is located 45 minutes from Trois-Rivières, 2 hours from Quebec and 2 hours from Montreal.
It is also 10 minutes from the Parc Récréoforestier de Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc and the Parc national de la Mauricie, the Duché Bicolline, the village of the storyteller Fred Pellerin and 20 minutes from the Vallée du Parc ski resort. Convenience store about 10 minutes away (SAQ). There is a golf course 15 minutes away as well as Mont SM for mountain biking.
