Policies
A security deposit of $ 500 for damage is frozen on a credit card. A deposit of 50% is payable on booking. 50% non-refundable if between 59 and 21 days of written notice and 50$ charge for administration fee. The entire stay is not refundable within 21 days of notice. A rental agreement must be completed and returned at the time of booking. The balance is paid 21 days prior arrival. To book you need a credit card number to guarantee the booking. The security deposit will be given to you within a maximum of 5 days following the inspection of the cottage. Prices and conditions may be subject to change without prior notice.
