Summary
Come and stay between water and mountains in a newly built chalet to offer you an environment that is out of the ordinary.
From the warm interior, you can observe the flora and fauna as if you were outside. A spa is at your disposal very close to the exit and there is a superb balcony under a roof on which you can have your meals, enjoy a peaceful moment with your loved ones whether it is rainy or sunny.
The chalet's facilities allow you to make a fire (indoor and outdoor wood fireplace), take walks, and even go swimming or fishing in the lake just ahead. In addition, a large dock is at your disposal.
The chalet is located close to a very large grocery store, an SAQ, a pet store, etc.
You will be able to carry out different activities not far from the chalet such as: golf, skiing, observing breathtaking landscapes from a belvedere located on a hiking trail, seaplane, ATV, snowmobile, kayak, canoe, scuba diving and much more.

A deposit of 50% of the value of the stay is required upon reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid 2 weeks before the stay.
Added to this is a security deposit which will be given to you after inspection of the chalet and if it is in the same condition as it was rented to you.
Cancelation
Between 15 and 30 days before the start of your stay: an amount of 25% of the total cost of the reservation is retained as compensation.
And less than 14 days before the start of your stay: an amount of 50% of the total cost of the reservation is retained as compensation.
